Health insurance is provided through Coventry of Kansas. Staff are offered a preferred provider organization (PPO) coverage through WPPA. Datility Networks pays two-thirds of the premium for a single $1000 deductible 70% PPO health insurance plan for employees. Coverage usually begins on the first day of the month following their first day of employment.

Employees are also offered via payroll deduction access to a SIMPLE IRA plan, if they wish to "tax defer" a portion of their earnings (with a company match of up to 3% annual salary). Other benefits include life insurance, travel allowance, an earned time-off plan, and extended sick leave plan.
